Margot BRIGNON was sworn in as a member of the PARIS Bar in 2015, the same year she joined Cabinet BOURSICAN.
She specializes in private international law, after having obtained a Master’s degree in “Private International Law” (Master I “Droit international privé”) at the University of Strasbourg, and a Master’s degree in “International and European Litigation” (Master II “Contentieux international et européen”) at the University of Paris X – Nanterre.
Within the firm, she specializes in all aspects of private family law, mainly in financial claims on divorce and property law, especially cases involving significant assets and those with an international element.
She is fluent in English.
