Elsa COHEN-TANUGI was sworn in as a member of the Paris Bar in 2002. She then joined Cabinet BOURSICAN in 2003.
She obtained a DEA (post-graduate diploma) in “Civil Law” (DEA “Droit privé”) from the University of Paris X – Nanterre.
Within the firm, she practices family law, a field in which she has developed a particular expertise in inheritance and guardianship law. She also practices in civil law, real estate law and criminal law.
Her expertise in inheritance law and criminal law allows her to handle complex cases of abuse of weakness.
